Free parking on site, ease of access to main roads. Largish room - quadruple. Good continental breakfast.
No lift !! Signs of ageing, needs a spruce up. No drinks making facility in bedrooms. Map shows wrong location for the hotel.

I had a decent stay, liked the cosy room and the hot chocolate in the espresso machine. A bit of a bummer though with the shower taking ages to warm up. Still, for the price, can't complain too much!

A modern business style hotel jusy off the autoroute. Clean and comforatable and handy for a quick stopove on route to/from deeper into Europe.r. Too far out of town as a base for avisit to Arras unless you fancy the 30 min walk each way.
Too far from the town centre.

Had a comfy stay with a cozy family room, perfect for our visit to the Wellington WW1 tunnels. The location was super convenient with plenty of parking. Just a bummer about the fire alarm going off at 6am!

The hotel is basic but "does what it says on the tin" good location when travelling to or from Calais for a stop over. Rooms OK, bar, dining room and breakfast room basic but OK. Best value in Arras if you want to arrive sleep and leave - do not book it if you want to stay in the area for any more than one night - there is much better available.

A good clean hotel with good car parking. Hotel restaurant was very good. The location was well out of the city centre but as this was just a stop over it was not a problem.

The hotel offers a lovely breakfast for an extra charge, quite a treat to kickstart your day. Plus, the autonomous check-in was a lifesaver for my late arrival, allowing me to get settled in without any fuss.
While I enjoyed the comfy double bed, the bathroom felt a bit too cramped for comfort and made moving around tricky. I also found the dark furniture uninviting, and there was a bit of a hassle having to wander to reception for tea-making facilities instead of having them in my room.

unfortunatley I cannot say anything postive about the experience. It was truly dreadful.
See above - the place was dreadful and is not fit for purpose.

Chur, the room was clean and comfy, but the shower took ages to warm up and could really do with an update. Sweet as for the price!

I could get double room with a street view, really enjoyed that. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

We booked a family room for my Wife, myself and our wheelchair bound daughter. It appears that family rooms are on an upper floor and there is no lift. The young lady on reception, changed our booking to a disabled room and a room next door without any fuss. she was helpful and polite.
The location when booked showed rue de Cambrai the sat nav details were not correct. The hotel is located on rue de Fleurs.
