I had a decent stay, liked the cosy room and the hot chocolate in the espresso machine. A bit of a bummer though with the shower taking ages to warm up. Still, for the price, can't complain too much!

Had a comfy stay with a cozy family room, perfect for our visit to the Wellington WW1 tunnels. The location was super convenient with plenty of parking. Just a bummer about the fire alarm going off at 6am!

The hotel offers a lovely breakfast for an extra charge, which is quite a treat to kickstart your day. Plus, the autonomous check-in was a lifesaver for my late arrival, allowing me to get settled in without any fuss.
While I enjoyed the comfy double bed, the bathroom felt a bit too cramped for comfort and made moving around tricky. I also found the dark furniture uninviting, and there was a bit of a hassle having to wander to reception for tea-making facilities instead of having them in my room.

utterly disappointed with my stay. the room was so cramped, it was almost comical, and the bathroom? a nightmare with zero hot water! to top it all off, I expected a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences but received nothing. if only the reception staff weren't so vague, this could have been decent. unfortunately, I just couldn't recommend this place.

4 separate bedded room, convenient parking, proximity to Wellington WW1 tunnels
Very cramped bathroom!!! Dark furniture doesn’t feel welcoming!!! Hot water takes ages to warm up, making showers a hassle!!! Could enhance tea-making facilities instead of forcing guests to go to reception for a cup!!!

Exploring the Wellington WW1 tunnels was a highlight for my family. The hotel’s great location allowed us to easily visit the nearby attractions, and we appreciated the separate beds for the kids. it was a pretty good spot for a family stay.
For dads, it would be great if the tea facilities were more accessible.

Comfortable bed and convenient amenities
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy room with a super comfortable double bed, which made for one of the best night's sleeps of my trip. The presence of a coffee machine along with some hot chocolate made my evening a bit sweeter, and having a kettle was a nice touch too. the overall condition of the hotel felt a bit tired and could use some updating.

comfortable stay , but needs minor improvements
The room was cosy with a comfortable double bed that made for a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee machine, kettle, and welcome biscuits. these small details enhanced my experience. The autonomous check-in was particularly convenient since I arrived quite late, allowing me to settle in without any hassle.
